CheckMyVet helps pet owners look up whether a UK veterinary practice is corporate or independently owned, using directory data operated by the same company at vetscompared.com.

2. Personal data we collect

CheckMyVet is primarily a search and lookup tool. We may process:

• Search queries you type (practice name, city or postcode)
• Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed
• Optional emails you send to info@vetscompared.com (please mention CheckMyVet in the subject)

We do not require an account to use CheckMyVet. Clinic ownership data shown in results is Directory Data about businesses, not personal data about pet owners.

We use the information above to:

• Secure, operate and improve the Site
• Respond to support requests

4. Cookies and analytics
